Husker Diver Staff Husker Divers is very proud of its staff of instructors and DiveCons. All staff members have extensive experience in both fresh and salt water. They are very safety oriented and excellent with both young and adult students. Joseph Tyler-Owner of Husker Divers SSI Instructor Certifier. Joe has over 20 years of experience in scuba instruction and equipment. He has taught classes all over Nebraska. His love for underwater photography makes him an excellent resource for both new and experienced photographers. Joe is an Adaptive Scuba Instructor. Donna Tyler-Owner of Husker Divers, SSI Divecon Instructor and PADI Master Trainer . She is also a DAN Oxygen Trainer, Medic First Aid/CPR Instructor Trainer and Enriched Air (Nitrox) Instructor. Donna is not only an experienced instructor but also has a degree in travel. She plans scuba trips for our groups as well as our individual travelers. Paul Baustian- SSI Advanced Instructor from Norfolk. Paul brings a lot of experience to our program. Billy Farmer-SSI Advanced Instructor from Norfolk. Billy is also a member of the Norfolk dive rescue team and an EMT. Billy and his wife Lois have two daughters. Billy and Lois are the owners of Husker Divers North. Steve Reidy- SSI Advanced Instructor from Kearney. Steve and his wife Kim enjoy their beautiful home on a lake with their children Shauna and Jace. Steve has been with Husker Divers almost from the very beginning. He is also know by "Mick". Linda Flaherty-SSI Advanced Instructor from Lincoln. Linda is the mother or two daughters and one son. She is also a grandmother. Besides diving her passion is her Harley. Linda is an Adaptive Scuba Assistant. Dan Stalder- SSI Advanced Instructor from Wymore. Dan is also an Adaptive Scuba Assistant. Congratulations! Beth Sorensen- SSI Advanced Instructor from Lincoln. Beth enjoys canoeing, hiking, and all things outdoors. She's a published writer and handles the Husker Divers blog, teach First Aid/CPR and she's an Adaptive Scuba Assistant. Jeff Bargar-SSI DiveCon from Fairbury. Jeff and his wife Linda are parents of two daughters. Jeff is an Adaptive Scuba Assistant. Greg Koellner-SSI Advanced Instructor from Imperial. Greg and his wife Becky are parents of two daughters and one son. Greg was a UNL football player in college. Greg is on the Imperial Dive Rescue Team. Amy Sayers -SSI DiveCon from Lincoln. Amy has two sons. She is in charge of our Snorkeling Program and is an Adaptive Scuba Assistant. Mike Sayers-SSI DiveCon from Lincoln. Mike has two sons (future divers?) He is an Adaptive Scuba Assistant and teaches First Aid/CPR Eric Voss-SSI DiveCon from Fairbury. Eric also enjoy roping and "eating beef". Jennifer Arbaugh-SSI DiveCon from Gretna. Kelsey Weiss - SSI DiveCon from Imperial. Kelsey is on the Imperial Dive Rescue Team. Kym Shrout - New SSI DiveCon from Imperial. Kym is also a registered nurse. Kym and Kelsey Weiss are engaged to be married. Marc Shoemaker- New SSI DiveCon from Lincoln. Marc and his wife Teresa are the parents of two daughters, a son and also proud grandparents. Marc is a pilot for Duncan Aviation.
